FAQ1. What is Amida replacement policy?
Our official replacement policy for all products is as follows:
Amida will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product due to workmanship and raw materials defective before expire date. Replaced products, or confirmed RMA Credit would be applied into client's next purchases.

2. Do any Amida products have a different return policy?
Amida is not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our return policy. However, we have an enormous range of products and it can be difficult to monitor all of them all the time. If you find a product with any warranty that conflicts with our return policy, please contact our customer service and bring it to our attention so that we can take corrective action.

3. How are customer inquiries handled?
When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a replacement or a refund may be processed.

4. What about customers who try to abuse the replacement policy?
All replacement must be approved by our customer services and QA Dept. Customers requesting inveracious defective replaced, or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases.

5. How to deal with those defectives?
For those defective products, client must keep it till Amida customer services and QA Dept. decide to recall, or dispose it in local.
